What We Do

Conferences

The group is organizing or is taking part in organizing National and International scientific conferences. Its young members were the main organizers, in the last 10 years, of International conferences for youngsters, namely:

  • ISCP&INDLAS Joint Conference, Alba-Iulia, Romania, 3-7 September 2018.
  • IONS Balvanyos 2017, Romania, 25-28 July 2017.
  • ISCP 2014, Orastie, Romania, 23-26 September 2014.
  • ISCP 2012, Sinaia, Romania, 8-11 May 2012.
  • ISWLA 2011, Bran, Romania, 21 May – 4 June 2011

    • The group also organized European conferences such as:

  • COST ATHENS Final Meeting, Bucharest 26 – 27 April, 2012
  • COST P21 Conference, Bucharest, 4 – 6 May, 2009

    • As for youngsters, 6 young scientists from the group acted as Presidents of the Romanian Student IFA SPIE Chapter and one more experienced member acted as adviser. The group promoted one President of INFLPR OSA Student Chapter. It generated the INFLPR EPS Young Minds Section in 2017 and promoted the first President and the First adviser. The Group generated the Romanian Society for Medicine and Biology (SRLMB) which is chaired by one its members.
